Due to NYC Building Department code restrictions, and excessive liability, only WPS employees shall be allowed to descend our staircase or enter our basement. Customers are NOT allowed downstairs for any reason whatsoever during business hours.

Tours of the downstairs facility are available on Sundays from 11 AM to 4 PM.
