As we always try our best to accommodate you whenever possible, you must commit to your reservation once it is made. There will be a strictly enforced, non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the service to be rendered if you cancel on the day of your appointment. Inclement weather will NOT be deemed an adequate explanation for a same day cancellation. Our policy is very lenient and is meant to discourage SAME-DAY cancellations only. If you are unable to make your appointment, you must let us know at least one business day prior to your appointment.

HOWEVER, BEFORE/LEADING UP TO THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, AND NEW YEARS, CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 100% PERCENT OF THE SERVICE TO BE RENDERED IF NOT CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE DATE OF THE APPOINTMENT.
