Behavior - Walter's Pet Styles reserves the right to refuse use of its facilities or to rescind membership for animals, in its sole determination, are unhealthy, act aggressively, are undisciplined, or have evidence of behavior that may be considered dangerous to themselves, other animals, or handlers.

Vaccinations - Owner is responsible for providing Walter's Pet Styles updated vaccination records and remain current with Distemper, Parvos, Rabies, and Bordatella vaccines. Failure to maintain current vaccination records may result in a suspension of use of our facility.

Feeding – Although Walter's Pet Styles accommodates a variety of diets, owner understands WPS is not responsible for any cross-contamination of food. WPS is not to be held liable for any allergy-related manifestations or reactions.

Spay/Neuter - All dogs must be spayed/neutered if they are older than eight (8) months. Intact dogs older than eight months will not be allowed to use our facility.

Acknowledgement - Walter's Pet Styles reserves the right to limit usage if I do not comply with any health or safety rule and in the event that I am not entitled to a refund or credit, I understand and acknowledge that I undertake responsibility for, and will not hold WPS liable for any illness or ailment that my animal may incur while on the premises of WPS.
