1. Vaccination Certificates
DOGS: Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies
Proof of Distemper/Parvo and Bordetella must show the administration and expiration date of the vaccination. Rabies must be in the form of a signed/stamped certificate including administration and expiration dates, as well as the manufacturer, serial, and lot number.
All daycare clients are required to submit a yearly fecal test.
CATS: Rabies
Signed/stamped certificate, including administration and expiration date of the vaccination, as well as the manufacturer, serial, and lot number of the vaccine.
